The radio station at work just played Golden from KPop Demon Hunters (which I’ve honestly been waiting for for awhile since it got so popular) and a flurry of emotions just hit me at once. Partly because the vocals are so beautiful and it always gives me goosebumps

Watched Ep 7 of Peacemaker Season 2 and holy fuck. Vigilante has been my favorite character throughout the show but this episode just solidifies it. He’s so goddamn funny that I honestly forget how competent of a fighter he is because when he pops off HE POPS OFF. This season has been incredible 🔥

Went to a local card store yesterday and ended up finding a shiny Mabosstiff! They’re complete now and it honestly makes me so happy to have finally gotten this but to also have found it at a store! But now I think…I have to…collect more shinies?!?

Also speaking of big releases: new Gorillaz single and their album coming out in March next year. Single is great and I’m pretty stoked but goddamn so far off.

I loved Weapons so much I even made some posters check ‘em out!
Watched Weapons yesterday and I made a few posters. The fourth one is the first one I made by taking a screenshot from the trailers and messing around with some filters. Then, the rest I still worked from that screenshot using a smudge tool, charcoal brush, liquify, and some filters.

Absolutely loved it and it’s definitely one of the best horror films this year. Great performances with a perfect blend of horror and humor and an ending that was PERPEKTO. It had a sequence I’d been patiently waiting for and they delivered holy shit. Cregger is 2 for 2.

Got two early birthday gifts last Friday! B&N is not only having a Criterion sale but they’re having a “Cult Classics” sale which includes Radiance and Indicator films. Picked up Dogra Magra because it sounded interesting and it’s from Toshio Matsumoto who also directed Funeral Parade of Roses

Got two new books yesterday: my June 2025 Book Club pick and the International Booker Prize 2025 winner! I already started both and plan to finish them before the week is over! The World We Saw Burning will be my third Charco Press book and I’m so excited! The premise sounded fascinating!
