ICE + Paragon = a dangerous match!

SCOOP: Spyware maker NSO Group confirmed to us that the company has been acquired by a U.S. investment group.

NSO's spokesperson said the group "has invested tens of millions of dollars in the company and has acquired controlling ownership," but declined to say who is behind the investment.

It begins with chipping off Art 3 (freedom from torture) and Art 8 (right to privacy and family life) for foreign criminals to assist deportation, then it will be extended to all asylum seekers, after that - who knows? It's the thin end of the wedge. Human rights should always belong to all humans.

When people first hear about "jawboning" -- meaning government pressure to suppress speech through threats and other extra-legal measures, like what the FCC is doing now -- they always want to talk about "coercion" by the govt.
