Very disappointed. Conservancy founder, climate educator, ran for Congress. Seems my life was for nothing. My Dad fought fascism in WW II. Love my home, husband, singing and music, good food, beach days, and planet Earth. We have a grandchild!

This is great. Very few people want to go to jail, get disbarred or die for this regime. Make them fight you. They will cave.

Our media ecosystem entices us to fixate on "people’s self-destruction, watching them be undone by greed, infidelity, narcissism, and a litany of disordered behavior," writes @aselrod.bsky.social. What we are watching - as U.S. citizens are dragged out of cars and illegal war is waged in the Caribbean - is the corruption of the most sacred power we give the President - the power of violence.

We are no longer a democracy if the regime can use violence without restraint.

There have been plenty of big cases…but this is the big one.

Not being hyperbolic.

If the court sides with Trump it essentially gives him - not them or Congress - the power to decide what the Constitution means and to discard the parts he doesn’t likes.

That would end the American system.
