Loved this reframe/essay, particularly when you pointed out how Klein feels compelled to offer his hot takes about these issues. The line from Coates that resonated most with me was when he asked Klein, "Was silence not an option for you?"

I realize that Apple/Tim Cook has a big fat target on its back, but I am increasingly disappointed and horrified at the kowtowing. I understand Cook's fiduciary responsibilities to the company & stockholders, but this (and postponing Savant) is against everything Apple has stood for.
