The $1.7 BILLION fine is staggering, but the most unsettling part is the 75 times he pleaded the Fifth Amendment in that civil deposition. When someone running for Senate leadership won't answer questions under oath about that history,how can we trust their plans for the future of Medicare/Medicaid?
