Why not consider a slightly more complex voting system, one that allows citizens to indicate:
1) their favorite candidate ✅
2) the one they most reject, ❎ and
3) a second preference ✅

El 1 % más rico ya concentra el 21,1 % de la riqueza del país. En 2022 tenía el 13,6 %, pero cada vez tienen más.
Mientras tanto, la mitad más pobre pasó del 12,5 % al 7,1 %.

We often get Citizens’ Assemblies backwards. Don't fit a problem to an institution. Instead:
