Life. I have severe lung disease.

Before that, incredible lung capacity. I used about a quarter of my tidal capacity at sea level back then, and I could sprint 9,000' above it when my family hiked in the mountains once.

Also very good for vocal protection. I'm a trained singer.

Excellent choices! Another technique I use is coherent breathing (inhale for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds). It’s perfect for calming the mind during intense workdays. 🌿 #StressRelief
