I hope there are some mega cool features on the roadmap, making this a meaningful tradeoff.

You now have to provision one part by talking to a chatbot, and then the second part in the AWS console, but you have to copy values form the chatbot output to your IaC templates where you could just reference outputs in the past.

You also need to switch between the Transform UI and the AWS console permantently, because Transform does only 70% of the job and there are things you need to do manually afterwards.
Currently we use IaC to set everything up but this will not be possible anymore.

I find Application Discovery Service really suprising. We use it in a lot of migration projects and AWS Transform uses it under the hood, so I really don't see the reasons to decomission the direct console and API access.
