Anyway, I rewrote it, which was the actual homework, as:
Home is crappy, home is mad.
Home is with my Mum and Dog.
Home is Mum and Dog and me,
Fighting together after tea.

This was a fairly progressive new integrated school in the early 90s and I'd been put in the 'non denominational' RE class (there was a choice of three, you can guess the other two).
My mother was also livid for those kids who may have had a very unhappy home life.
