I would say to dip your toes in and treat Linux like a game system with extra features. A Steam Deck and dock, or some Beelink PC with Bazzite into your capture card, and a Dualsense. Bam, you can try gaming on Linux and if it doesn't work, run it on Windows.
Thanksgiving and #Xbox, that's a vibe.
All three of these power on and play like they should. The Halo 3 edition has suffered RROD once before, the middle has frozen (during GTAV so big surprise) and the S model... Well, no complaints.
