Glad to see coach reaching a great milestone! I remember as a journalism student at ISU in the 90s Coach Fennelly came to our class and did individual interviews with all of us and took each one as seriously as if we were real reporters. He didn’t have to do that but he chose to. A class act.

No worries on the comment thread! Good points on smaller companies and affordability of a staffed help desk. It might be that instead of replacing help desk it’s more of an evolution of what the job is. All good thoughts to consider as we figure out what AI means to the industry.

I read somewhere that if you’re anxious rewatching media or shows that you know and like is relaxing due to familiarity and no unwelcome surprises. Made sense to me. I also fall asleep to familiar media. Usually audio only. Light wakes me up.
