It should be worth noting that if the situation can be this pliable, then its clearly not an "emergency" justifying use of the law the administration is relying on.

It's also ridiculous that we use state and local resources for closed party primaries. Party primaries are not elections. If a party wants to use public resources to pick its nominee then that use should be open to the public.
