On of my favorite traditions of our running group is to run to the top of Mt Pisgah to sing songs, read poems and watch the sun set on Solstice. We toast those who are no longer with us, and summons brighter days both figuratively and literally. The universe seemed to answer … Peace to All.

The vortex that time became for me over the past few years has largely settled down. But every once in a while I come across an artifact that makes it all go pear shaped. This morning it was this long forgotten sign on Mac Court about our MAP COVID testing that (!!) ended almost 1.5 years ago.
