DEIA is already weaponized to ease white guilt & maintain white supremacy. Now its removal is being weaponized for much the same in a different capacity. DEIA doesn't need to be removed, what it supposedly combats needs to be removed. Until systemic oppression is obliterated, DEIA goes nowhere.
