Have you ever received a DM from an unknown account that was trying to get you to invest? If so, it was most likely a scam!

Investment scams claim you’ll likely make a lot of money quickly or easily with little to no risk.

Bottom line – if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Scammers will go to any length to get your information. Texting, emailing, calling, and even sending a direct message on social media. They are good at disguising themselves, so you have to be a good detective!

You’ve paid for something online, but never received the item, and are now getting texts or emails from what seems to be an unrelated contact. Whatever you do, don’t click on the link!

Online shopping scams happen year-round but are even more common as the holiday season arrives.

November is Native American Heritage Month!
