It’s not teriyaki; it’s just some hoisin, mirin, and sriracha…but it had all the expected teriyaki flavors so 🤷

Chicken roulade stuffed with mushrooms and kale; bacon and scallion mashed potatoes; pan jus with Dijon and lemon.

Then dinner was seared ahi, ginger rice, sautéed kale with garlic and pickled ginger; topped with an aioli of hoisin, kewpie, soy, and sriracha.

These are infinitely customizable and make for a great ready-in-a-minutes make ahead breakfast or snack.
