One of the flash fics within. It reads: 'certain' Mafuyu is not certain, why Shizuku welcomes her into her home. Most when they realise what she's become, they chase her. Regardless of how much—or little—she gets to feed, the typical reaction is of fear, of anger, and threats. But when Shizuku saw her, recognised her for what she was, she did none of that. Instead she gave Mafuyu a standing invitation to rest in her home, and for a meal whenever she needed. This was offered warmly, without a shred of hesitation. Mafuyu didn't understand why. But she knew she wanted it. So she came, again and again.
