Hm... I can't think of any major turn-offs that wouldn't be obvious... Outright cruelty, bigotry, that sort of thing, but that should be a given.
Outside of that... I suppose a lack of self-confidence can be a turn-off. Insecurity is one thing, but I dislike when someone can't accept a compliment.
