Long trip home & started with a nice encounter. I was wearing my Saskatchewan hat & had several people congratulating me on their win. One really stood out since it was Dohnte Meyers dad. Of course we extended our congratulations to him as well & spent the next 20 minutes just talking about family

Does staying up until after 1:00 AM quality as a wild night. For me it does, & it was worth it. Great experience, all week long.

Had the entire TSN crew in the lobby with me this morning. I asked Henoc if it would be ok to take a photo. He said go for it & he would take the heat for it. Well, I rushed, took two photos & this was the best. My photo carrier ended quickly.

Last post is a friendly response to a Bomber fan who passed by me when I was sitting in the lobby with my Riders jersey one. “Go Riders” he called out & I gave him a thumbs up, & with that he said, “Go Home”. Joking no doubt, but it was a bit rude too.

So, a little update with last nights activity & this morning. Coach Mace siting first, then a lot of supporting cast, next came the players & then Kate walked by. Looked to be heading for a morning workout. Yep, lobby’s a great hang out spot.

Wires in my brain don’t quite connect like most people’s. While waiting for a flight there was a young man softly playing his guitar in the background, beautifully I might add. No, he wasn’t playing song “Killing me Softly…” but in my head that’s what made the connection.

Football beyond the NFL has really been shaken up over the past couple of weeks. The CFL made major changes to their field dimensions, goal post location, & some rule adjustments. Then this week the UFL identifies three of its current cities that it won’t be returning to. Things are a changing!

Bought two 1.8 quarts of milk & two cans of Campbell’s potatoes soup yesterday. Rang in just over $19. We aren’t winning & we don’t have to take it. Start using the power of your $ to defund those who are backing the dismantling of our democracy. Disney heard America, others need to also!

When are “We the people” going stop waiting on Democratic leaders or anyone else to stand up for our democracy. Each & every one of us has the power to be heard. The Disney Corporation found out, but it can’t end there. With every purchase, every day make your voice heard!

The American consumers have the power to do that if people would just take the time to see who they support when they buy products. Starve companies that support the GOP & changes will happen. It got Disney’s attention when they tried to silence Kimmel.
