I’ve had an upper respiratory infection for 2 weeks, Just finished a 10 course of antibiotics and haven’t ran a single step in 2 weeks. I have a 10k in 2 weeks and just ran my first 3 miles in 2 weeks and let’s just say it wasn’t good.
