I had this in Tokyo last week. Sweet potato with vanilla ice cream, it was actually quite good. Sweet potato is about $6 per kg so I would have to be a king to eat it here 😀

Today I visited a pepper farm in Kampot and was not bored. Much better quality than I’ve seen at home.

These guys train giant rats to sniff out land mines. Their headquarters is in Tanzania but they also operate from Siem Reap. It is called APOPO and is unbelievable how awesome they are.

I met this guy in Kuching and he has carved Duck at the same restaurant for 55 years. He would not do anything else as he loves it. Career goals!
