Thanks for asking this because I honestly don't know! Most of my stories won't really go there, but in my rock drama/romance, Philosopher Queens, I really should think about that to add some depth to the characters.

Katie's most intimate prior relationship was awful so she has never explored.

Tried to make the political meet & greet interesting and have more Digs/Pyntal bonding in their Meet Cute. So enter Digs not wanting to be alone with the rich elf lady who tries to set her up with a relative.

Pyntal doesn't help the situation.😅

We would like a word with you in private, if that is possible.” Digs hoped her grip tightening on Pyntal was not apparent, but she also appreciated that the expression on Raen’s face showed he felt nearly as awkward about this as her. Pyntal interjected. “Uh… Felcrown one week. Dignity… um… speak help.” Then she smoothly launched into a series of words that Digs did not even remotely recognize. She wondered if it was the common tongue of the surface peoples. Screenshot of a work-in-progress manuscript. She turned to Pyntal and suddenly realized the folly of the gnome’s deception. Digs spewed a variety of sounds pretending to speak in that language Pyntal has used prior but it took every bit of both of their willpowers not to break out laughing at it. Pyntal rambled a response that continued… and continued… and it soon became clear that she was having far too much fun with this. Digs smiled and nodded through it all but felt her back sweating in nervousness. She had no idea what to translate this long speech as. Pyntal, however, turned to Raen and said, “Yes. We say yes.” “Oh, excellent!” Raen’s eyes lit up and Digs’s stomach plummeted. “That will be wonderful. Thank you.” “Thank you for inviting us,” Digs said. “Now, I apologize but I think I drank a bit too much and need to… you know. Um, but have you met Azzerrad Zane from the [some name] domain?” Then she dragged Pyntal to the nearest washroom without looking back. The door barely closed before Pyntal nearly fell over laughing. Digs struggled not to shout. “What was that?! ‘Dignity… um… speak help?!’” “Sorry, Digs, I just went for it and didn’t think that through. Hee hee! But, hey, looks like you have a date! He is cute.” “I’m pretty sure we are both on the hook for that, Pyntal Tilliwic!” “Oh no, I’ve got no interest in the guys. He is all yours.” “I don’t— argh!” Digs leaned on the counter and glared at Pyntal. When the gnome merely smiled back and cocked an eyebrow, it was too much for Digs to hold back the laughter as well.

I grant my own hands to you, to act as you see fit, or to slay me shall I fail.” Mick wanted to look away. He really did. But the more Reuben went on, the more he fell into Reuben’s sapphire gaze, into his rumbling words, into something. He felt his face burn as his heart continued thundering within him, until his ears rang with a mixture of the song and his own blood.

For the first time, Edie arrives in Bludeye Beach ❤️
As if on cue, the road ahead of them opened up like a movie montage. All of Bludeye Beach laid spread out in front of her. The forest ended at the top of a ridge, the road following a sharp decline. The town was all cute cottages and old-fashioned buildings, lying bathed in golden light. Best of all, Edie could see the ocean unfurling beyond the town. The glittering blue looked like a painting, too picturesque to even seem real.

The thing that frustrates me the most about writing serials as how people don't take serials seriously until they are ebooks and paperbacks.

My serialized novel is still a novel even though I am publishing it episodically. I go just as hard for my serials as I do for my regular books.

Despite the initial recommendation by Naafonn, his adviser, Azzerrad had opted to go shirtless. After discovering that these bipedal animals had things called ‘muscles’ similar in appearance to mycelial physique, he wanted to show off his own ‘muscles.’ Purely shirtless would have looked too barbaric but the sash was exactly the right touch of nobility while still showing off the goods. Azzerrad was quite pleased with himself, as usual.

Is anyone using a non-Gmail web-based email provider they're happy with, that supports POP? Gmail is discontinuing support for POP in January except in the app and I cannot only have access to my email in an app. 😭 I'm willing to pay for a service (so that I am a customer instead of the product).

In a terrible #Atlantis story I wrote as a kid, the MC was named Jordan & she had a friend named Miranda, lol. When I reworked the story I used their names as the basis for Mireia & Jasana.

Dignity Dunandrien - in RPGs, I like my tieflings to have virtue names and such. For example, Dignity's parents are Hope and Temerity.

The Lord Hierophant is a saint in Spiritism, widely regarded as the one who saved Aloutia from the clutches of greed.

He was also a sadist and torturer who slaughtered thousands without giving them a fair trial, often times in cruel and barbaric public executions.
The Lord Hierophant from the Pentagonal Dominion books. He’s a tall, dark-skinned man with an elaborate beard and mustache, and purple jewels embedded in his face around his eyes and on his forehead. He’s dressed in purple priestly robes with images of peacocks (regular colored and one with red/yellow coloration). He has wings coming out of his lower back, as well as wings for ears and on his wrists. He is holding a pair of pliers threateningly, as if to torture someone with them. He has a cruel, stern expression on his face.
