There are different stages of a school improvement journey. @willenhalle-act.bsky.social’s ex deputy that left us at Easter has sent this to the parents of his new school. You can see and feel the culture shifting and @walgrave.bsky.social has been there for less than 5 full weeks. Exciting times.

I join The Parker school in Daventry as headteacher on April 22nd. This term I’ve met every member of staff and all of the pupils - and they’re brilliant.

Year 11s are in all week revising for the upcoming GCSEs and it’s great to see new staff in the English department leading these sessions.
