So it took eight calendar days before I got the email that let me know my ballot had been accepted (and will be counted on election day). I would strongly recommend submitting your ballot as soon as possible if you haven't yet.

I know the Republicans barely control the House, but it's time to forward articles of impeachment, even if Johnson will not allow it. If he's not adhering to a court order, that's what Congress is supposed to do.

Ah, the 2017 dread of getting up in the morning and going to social media or news with "what's he done now" seems so quaint in comparison. I've been trying via the advice during the pandemic to limit watching/hearing anything related to news to at most an hour a day. Stress is up. :(

Did not care for the section 31 movie. In fact, it was pretty bad. And I'm bummed as I wanted it to be good. Yeoh managed to do what she could with an obviously bad script. Rachel Garrett (the first female captain of an Enterprise) deserved so much better.

Reading today's PoliticalWire headlines it reads that the Democrats have not done a single thing at all this past week, which is NOT true. Granted all PoliticalWire does is highlight mainstream media and political rags like Politico, I am glad I canceled my annual premium sub.

So at my physical today, my doctor let me know in five months I was due for getting a new pneumonia shot. I asked if it was possible I could get it today and got it today.
