I was only lightly familiar with David Lynch’s films but I bought Masterclass and the way he lit up talking about Transcendental Meditation made me sign up for a course. That was almost three years ago and I do it every day. He changed my life.

You can measure my anxiety by the number of packages I’m tracking to be delivered. Right now it’s something like six. Second hand stuff mostly so that’s my 2025 improvement.
