The plugin works with the stable Java 8 versions of FIJI (Windows/Mac/Linux) and generates both individual and consolidated measurement tables that you can easily import into Excel, GraphPad Prism, R, or Python for your statistical analysis.

Working in the lab, I noticed many researchers struggled with nuclear segmentation and quantification because they lacked programming experience. While learning to code is ideal, it's not always realistic in a busy lab environment.
