I regularly bike on a riverside path named after James I. Rice, onetime county park commissioner and state representative. The Transit app calls this path the "James the First Rice Parkway Trail" and I hope they never fix it.

I am at a Walgreens in a particularly kinda shitty part of St. Louis where I grew up (south city) and not a single thing is locked up. And it is open till 9pm.

Now I gotta know if the lockdown on all things is a Mpls thing? Like some franchise owner shit?
