The disastrous lapse in SNAP benefits has put a spotlight on food insecurity — an issue that was already getting worse here, especially with the loss of the Daily Table. But we can fill that void, while giving the grocery chains some healthy competition. It's time for a city-owned grocery store.

Housing is a human right — and should be treated as a public good. Our campaign's vision is to leverage government resources for permanent affordability.

Climate change is happening NOW, which means more flash floods. Cambridge needs to get more proactive in addressing our sewer overflows, which expose residents to dangerous untreated wastewater. I support better infrastructure in Alewife Brook + other climate solutions to address this. #mapoli
