It was first observed as Orange Shirt Day in 2013 and was elevated to a statutory holidy for federal workers in 2021.

Jerry Lewis never made an album singing Steely Dan songs and I think that's unfortunate. I would've loved to hear him sing; "Peg", "Kid Charlemagne", "Bodhisattva".
Maybe there's still a chance we could get Martin Short to do his impersonation of Jerry Lewis and make this dream happen
