The point I was making is that the actions end-users may have to take don't seem particularly *burdensome* to me. ie pressing a cutla buttons, taking a photo, linking to a 3rd party

sure, there's switching costs for u16s who, kicked off some apps, will have to find others to use.

For most end-users, isn't it going to be minimally burdensome in the context of using the Net in 2025? Click here, sign in there, take a selfie.

no really, an operator of a social media-like app/site has the burden of compliance (or at least the uncertainty of it) and gov/courts bear the burden of enforcement. Do you have some reason to think the individual consumer burden is comparatively greater?
