I could see a scenario where they save some of these pardons until after the 2028 election. And if they lose and are out the door anyway, they don't bother with some of their circle that they've written off as useless to them. Pete might be in that group if he's too out of favor.

Just came here to say that - it's from the writer of Andor and Michael Clayton. Amazing.

Side note this is basically the plot of the next series of books Brandon Sanderson is writing.

Set it in a ski resort town where a mom and pop lodge is struggling to stay open during 10 years of summer.

Reposting with typo fixed: I get bummed out thinking about that O'Brien clone that spends an entire episode feeling like everyone doesn't trust him and they're right and then he dies at the end. Poor guy never had a chance to live.

Oops sorry. Terrible typo. This is what happens when I type without my glasses. Deleting.

After about 20 hours you can level up your wisp of tow to be less wispy.

I hope you gave him an earful.

+1 to chemist. This may be the only final fantasy game I've ever played where healing items always outclass spells.

It's admittedly a slow burn but it just keeps building. It has one of the best structures and payoffs I've ever read.

Warbreaker is seriously underrated. My favorite non-Stormlight of his. I feel like that was the Rubicon where he shed some flaws (especially with characterizing women) and his social commentary got more insightful.

Yeah Mistborn 2 has good elements but there's a couple plot elements that tend to rub people the wrong way. Part of why I was glad he pursued those for (sadly stalled) movies was they have the most to gain from hindsight revisions.

Fantastic. But also, Undertale is a decade old already? What the hell?

The last time he washed his hands was when the first episode of Girls aired.

Definitely at least the best of the modern 3D ones, although my heart forever lives tied to the bump combat PC-Engine games.
September 6, 2025 at 7:10 PM
Ah I see it says worldwide at least. That's good news.

I would love that - I've been extolling the virtues of PC Engine Ys IV forever, but it's a tough sell given that you have to track down a patched / dubbed ISO.

But my hunch is that this is going to be an EGG Console situation, if they come here at all.
