And I think first and foremost, no matter what anyone thinks or believes, harassment in any fashion is just unacceptable, in any walk of life, in my opinion. It's okay for people to have an opinion or have different views than someone else, but to make other people feel in a negative way about who they are, is just unacceptable and something that in our club we just don't tolerate and never have. And you know, obviously I've seen a lot of what's that globally or especially around the league have come out and said, and I think that from a Reign perspective, we've always lived through those values and really, really care about that. I thought the Angel City players when they came out and spoke at the press conference, Sarah Gordon specifically, I thought they handled that brilliantly. To speak from an internal issue that was happening at their club, I thought they spoke fantastically and I think that's something that is really maybe unique about women's sport is there's a real care factor around how we treat people. And it doesn't mean that things haven't happened that maybe haven't lent into those values, but any time that's happened and it's come to light, the outcome has always been that there's a big push behind the narrative that we're here for everybody and we want people to feel safe and feel that they can be themselves. And I feel very lucky that I work for a club that has lived that value ever since it started.

RACING ACTIVATES LUND, POKORNY FROM SEASON-ENDING INJURY LIST Racing Louisville FC has activated goalkeeper Katie Lund and midfielder Maddie Pokorny from the season-ending injury (SEI) list. Both players will be eligible for selection for Sunday's away game against Gotham FC. Lund and Pokorny both went on the SEI list on May 7 after each suffered a hip labrum injury that required surgery.

Angry that politics feels like a performance. Angry that the people we send to Washington seem more interested in fighting each other than fixing problems. And yes, angry at the Democratic Party. Some of that anger is justified. I’ve been around long enough to know that the party hasn’t always lived up to its ideals. It’s hard to lead if you don’t stop to listen. I’ve said many times—and I mean it—that I love the Democratic Party not because it’s perfect, but because it’s capable of growth. Just like our country, we are always striving to be better. But what I’m hearing more and more lately isn’t just criticism. It’s contempt. People on our own side are trashing the very institution we need to rebuild trust, drive turnout, and deliver real change. People are using the party as a punching bag because it’s politically convenient. Even worse—tearing it down has become a sport. I’m not saying we should pretend 2024 did not happen. But we had some major victories during the Biden Administration. We passed the most significant climate investment in U.S. history. We lowered the cost of insulin. We made historic investments in infrastructure and manufacturing. President Biden was one of the most legislatively productive presidents in modern history. But the headlines don’t reflect that. The sentiment doesn’t reflect that. And part of the reason is because we, as Democrats, don’t always take credit for what we’ve done. Instead, we immediately lament everything we didn’t get accomplished. We beat ourselves up before the other side even gets the chance. Then we wonder why voters don’t feel inspired.
