Pack of 24 boxes of tissues fits perfectly 🙌 (we took two bikes so I could add this since it was on sale 😆)
The rear end of a compact long tail cargo e-bike. It had a seat with a back rest and separate handlebars that wrap towards the back. Nestled between them is a pack of 24 boxes of tissues. (There’s a pannier on the bike too, clearly stuffed with groceries, and a second bike visible in the background).

I see someone asking in the thread but no response yet: Their website claims they are UL certified. So that’s alarming.
Web page Rad Power Bikes. Text only reads: “ Are all ebikes UL Certified? All Rad ebikes are UL Certified or tested by ACT compliant to UL 2849, but there are currently no national standards that require ebikes to be UL Certified. As a result, non-certified ebikes and accessories are still on the market, particularly among less reputable online retailers. While they're not just unsafe for consumers, they also threaten to derail the environmental benefits that come with the growing popularity of ebikes. As the Verge explains it, "the risk of deadly fires stemming from cheaply made batteries has become an unfortunate side effect that risks derailing the momentum of an important climate change fighting tool."

It’s funny working at a business where you were a customer first; I didn’t remember this, but apparently we bought this babe of a trike on our eldest’s birthday 😆. It’s fitting because she really secured our curiosity in cargo bikes ❤️

Some things I’ve been eating.
A bowl of broth filled with greens (pea shoots and baby nappa cabbage), lotus root, daikon slices, rice noodles, seafood mushrooms, and a tiny bit of beef and fish balls. A splurge: store bought chicken burger on a bun with lettuce and (gasp!) mayonnaise, corn, roasted sweet potatoes. My body also didn’t like this one, likely because of the chop salad dressing. Chop salad, orange peppers, cucumber, hummus, rehydrated bean curd strips (with soy sauce, mirin, and a hint of sesame oil), dark rye with sunflower seeds and cream cheese, and pretzel crackers.

I am truly a ridiculous human. I hate synthetic fabrics. So here I am, cutting into my swath of precious raw silk because it’s too narrow to use for any other part of me. Batting is Canadian wool. 🫣

I took these fun photos for work to make a back to school campaign since this bike is “School Bus Yellow” — but then the bike was sold before I could post it 😞. So Bluesky gets fun shots of the Tern GSD instead 😤.

Favourite part of the Dino park was this derpasaurus. I’ve no idea how many of these dinos were even accurate, many many were not to scale in any sense, but it was enjoyable none the less. Kids loved it. Now: hotel pool 🤣.

14km ride on this beauty, joining some regulars on their Friday ride before work today. I am so tired 😅.

Here’s some random photos that give pleasant real life vibes because I for some reason watched through two seasons of a drama anime and am now unsettled and sad (because it was a proper drama with no happy ending).
