I’ll say again .. new government amend constitution so no felon can be elected to any position in local state federal government .
Have judges on merit not affiliation so they are independent . Dig deep for corruption , nepotism & anything else that reeks . Constitution has to move with the times

For The Worlds peace of mind & yours . Please , when then new government gets elected, amend the constitution so no person, with ANY felony can run for election in any form . While at it look at ways to combat nepotism , corruption & having judges in charge on merit not party affiliation.
