It was only 700m and ~9km but it was the worst 80 minutes in a bike in my life. A 38x36 is absolutely not enough to do this properly.

No, with my fingers. I bend the pieces in half over and over until they’re easy enough to break or tear apart. I keep doing it until the pieces are literally too small to bend anymore.

I got a new credit card, so now comes my favourite part: breaking the card up by hand. I’m very fidgety and I like the feeling of the plastic edges pressing into my fingers, which I now understand may be a kind of stimming (probably related to my anxiety).

Lastly, a short clip of me deadlifting 350lbs, which I’m pretty proud of. I actually loathe the gym but I go because I need some load on my skeleton. Being a swimmer and cyclist is bad for future osteoporosis.
