No, Karen, the United States was NOT founded as a “Christian nation”. The founding fathers made very sure of the separation of church and state because they had seen the results of religious persecution. We DO NOT have an official national religion! We have freedom to practice any or none.

My weakness is malted milk eggs (for easter) or Lindt (for emergency cravings). Rather unpopularly, I’ve never been a fan of Cadbury, either their chocolate or their eggs. When they first came out, Mom put them in our baskets that year. I tried one and traded the rest for better treats.

Many of my friends just LOVE these, but… to me they’re unappetizing. I mean like chocolate covered snot kinda unappetizing. Add to that the fact I’m diabetic (now), and you’ll understand why I haven’t had one in years. They aren’t for everybody!
