They have a tipline and it sure would be a shame if it got flooded with people reporting things that maybe aren't the tips they're looking for.

I'm just sayin' . . .

It seems a group sponsored by the Heritage Foundation has just released a list of "subversive bureaucrats"

No instructions given on what to do with this information. I suppose none is needed

<takes a looong hit off her vape>

So... Wait a minute, the Cybertruck is basically just Oceangate on land, run by a dude who is exactly as resistant to following safe procedures and using the correct number of bolts?

And people just pay him money? Huh. Wild.

If trans women make a critique of a guy for working for a transphobic publication and, within under a week, his supporters are using transphobic language for rhetorical victory points that kind of proves the trans women's point, doesn't it.

Worth noting: while they may not support those restrictions (yet) they are quite happy to retaliate against trans women in their orbit, ranging from social exclusion and cutting off resources all the way up to violence and kicking transfems out on the street.
i think there are plenty of liberals and even some leftists who tell themselves they could never be transphobic because they don’t support right wing rights restrictions, even as they refuse to ever unpack the disgust, judgement and hostility they constantly show to trans women around them

and even then i very rarely see them advocating *for* things that would be actively good for trans people

they just don't want to upset the status quo

July 2020: to preempt a campaign to close the final 5 state youth prisons, the IL gov's office announced a 4-year plan for transformation, intended to close (or IDOC transfer) at least the 3 largest.

July 2024: None are closed. Issued a press release about hiring for a new, 6th youth prison.

Ok, getting the weird urge to just make my online presence a stupid persona that writes in the disgusting and biased voice of a pre-1950s anthropologist but only about terrible white people
Folks who say 'woke' disparagingly fascinate me.

What evolutionary dead-end led to something so like a parrot, but unintelligent and predatory?

How must it feel to be one of God's worst mistakes?

Sadly, we'll probably never know as they are incapable of speech, and rely on chirping and grunting.

People tell me I should stop neing a hermit and go out and be social again and I try, and I interact with a 'normal' human and my only take away is there is no way I'm digging through a whole pile of those nasty things until I find a good one.

if the supreme court, as it currently stands, is not remade or destroyed, we are living in an autocracy, one in which the people are utterly politically helpless.

this situation cannot be allowed to stand. no solution to the problem of SCOTUS is too radical to consider, now.
"Expand the court" has gone from radical solution to the most exceptionally moderate option on the table.

This is exactly what we need.

This SCOTUS must be destroyed. This status quo must be destroyed.

We must be prepared to fight like hell if we wish to live under anything other than an absolutist dictatorship.
there's nothing wrong with having feelings of despair and futility, but i think it's most responsible to avoid airing all that out in public to the greatest extent possible right now.

we need to cultivate a vengeance-driven, enraged espirit de corps right now, because we need people to fight
