I know folks get mad at unionized workers who strike. These folks feel inconvenienced and accuse unionized workers of being lazy and greedy. You know what? How about be mad at the billionaires who are at the top of the corporations? Be mad at billionaires who don’t pay their fair share of taxes.

Personally I think that a great starting point for discussions on 'what do we do about SEND in education?' is to go back to the Salamanca Statement and remember what 'inclusion' originally meant. The way that the system itself works has become the cause of exclusion for many CYP imho.

I'll cautiously say I've noticed more skepticism about AI in the corporate world and it's mostly because people's coworkers are creating extra work for them. They don't have the vocabulary to describe it yet but it's basically the "Why should I read what you couldn't be bothered to write" thing

I don’t know about you, but I’m still sort of processing that the US president stood up in the UN and declared that London is about to be under Sharia law, and the response has been “actually, that won’t happen” rather than “Jesus, that is insane.”
