As AI does more for us, many will learn less and know less. Their value to businesses will diminish. But the quality of what we produce will increase. Is this a fair trade?

After 100s of agency pitches, they all land at $5K/month.
That number isn't based on your goals. It's based on their business model.

Low enough you think you can afford it. Vague enough to buy them 6 months. Small enough you can't expect real results

Everyone seems to have short memory and while it should have probably resulted in a better world I think it is leading us to a more fragile world. Definitely more polarized. Does it make marketing of products and ideas easier or harder though?

Does having a great personal brand translate in marketer's ability to deliver for brand they manage? In my sit down with Reggie he is not wrong in saying that marketer showcasing their ability vis-a-vis their personal brands is helpful but I just don't think success is guaranteed.

We negotiate all the time. From buying cars, real estate to negotiating contracts and compensation. I found it be super effective to talk less about the numbers but the value. If you can consider the other part of the value or the lack thereof, you'll end up with a much better deal.

I never understood how some companies concentrate of non monetary benefits as a way of paying employees less. Are perks that much more important than compensation?

We react differently to influence due to non-shared fears, deeply rooted than beliefs. Much of our social discourse is based on our struggle to rid irrational fears and comprehend mutual differences.

Striving to build a business where pay reflects value, in a world where businesses often undervalue employees and workers often neglect value creation. Committed to an uncapped earning potential that matches consistent value delivery.

Call me old fashioned but if I am talking to you I am all ears. I care about conversation and what you have to say. Last thing I want to do is to check my phone and give you even the slightest hint that I don't care.

The most important quality of anyone who I work with is not their skills, or their personality, or their enthusiasm. To me the most important trait is caring about what it is that we are trying to accomplish. I feel like I can move mountains when I am surrounded by a team that truly cares.

I love putting myself into uncomfortable situations and signing up for an interview at Amazon was one of those things. While pretty much acing the interview I just couldn't get through the hurdle of pretending that I'll care more about the company than myself. I am not an 'amazonian' after all.

In great workplaces, stress stems not from work you despise but from unproductive tasks - never-ending projects, meaningless meetings, and corporate red tape. This hidden stress gradually consumes you from within.

It is very tempting to look for a short cut in marketing by falling into a trap of someone with significant number of followers offering a shout out for a fee. This just does not work! Don't waste you money.

I've been an employee myself for a solid decade and a half before switching to a life builder of things. I've had decent successes as an employee. The trick was simple: ignore how much you are asked to do - do twice as much at all time.

Burnout is caused by the relentlessness of our busy lives. Non stop barrage of information. Scarce attempts at multitasking on further exacerbate the load on our mental state. Some of it is given and not much can be done. Force your mind off of things for 30 minutes a day

Watching and trying to learn from podcasts often does not lead to much improvement in one's life. Success of others is often a function of many factors, not just what is being presented in a podcast. Just like buying a book of aphorism won't make you that much smarter.

There is no doubt that abundance of information is making us less patient when it comes to consuming it.

I find it utterly remarkable how much money people make through making their brands on social. Met a personal trainer at our podcast station recently who got out of jail 3 years ago and now makes millions training people online.

Do you have a system in place that prevents content from getting drafted or scheduled that does not comply with your standards?
