I'm gonna have to put myself on a fabric buying ban until I've used some of this. I even have projects in mind for a bunch of it. The big pile is mostly large scraps to keep for patterning purposes.

My impression of Switzerland so far is that the cities are much like any other European city, which is neither surprising nor a bad thing necessarily.

Last weekend I finished the binding for the quilt I was making for my sister and my new nibling. Had a lot of fun with this. Quilting it myself was very challenging, but I love the effect it gives.
I am 100% hooked on making quilts now, but that's okay.

April's quilt block done, after I went to make it last weekend and had forgotten to cut out a bunch of squares for the middle section. Might take a crack at May's tomorrow to get it done nice and early.

Perhaps not the best card I've ever made, but I am still learning to be fair. Followed a video for this one, as coming up with ideas is definitely something I still need to learn, as well as techniques.

Here's a secret, this cape actually zips onto the jacket underneath the shoulder/colllar thing! Makes for a super strong attachment that's not going to fall off, whilst making it easy to detach to clean or iron the jacket and cape separately.

I'm also incredibly happy with the jacket, as it's drafted from scratch and fully lined and is just :chefskiss: There's also lots of other small details I added like the black and white shirt buttons and a tiny pleat that's the same as on the shorts.
