Well, we’ve been watching and waiting, and today - on a Thursday - another form was released - also “created 1/20/25,” but valid until 2027. It too is identical to the form from the Biden administration.

At the beginning of the year we were using a form developed in 2023, which was to expire 3/31/2025.

That date passed, and there was no new form until 6/2/25, when they released a form dated 1/20/25, with an expiration date of 6/30/25 - valid for 4 weeks, and identical to its predecessor.
