I spent the whole day in stress/anticipation of my 5pm therapy apt - and it’s tomorrow at 5pm!
So now I need therapy to handle why I need therapy and why therapy makes me sweat and not sleep well and well I guess it’s a therapy thing.

I used to not always vote in ‘small ballot’ elections (this is a one vote run off for a city council seat in East Dallas). There are minor elections going on everywhere - PLEASE vote EVERY election EVERY time while we still can!
