Just watched @maddow.msnbc.com and it’s slightly concerning to learn that the lady in charge of the intelligence community literally believes the plot of “Fallout” is real.

After nearly a year, it’s finally over. Now we have to rebuild. And get ready for the next time the greedy bastards try to break us.

Rewatching the “Who Are You?” episode of Andor today for a very particular reason.

Had my first VO nightmare in which I showed up to an audition and was unable to read the scripts (couldn’t keep the paper to stay up), couldn’t get the words right, my set up just kept falling apart and was SHREDDED by casting. Good to know I have those to look forward to for the rest of forever.

Went back and watched the original Lilo and stitch, and it actually makes me mad that not only did they try to “live action” such a great movie, but then they completely changed the plot and the ending.

Inside of me are two wolves.

One constantly is wishing the best for all people who have entered and exited my life.

The other is petty as fuck and hopes some of them are miserable.

You can tell that I genuinely dove all in on voice acting when the pandemic hit since all of my subscriptions to all of my services, classes, website, etc. all hit within a 3–4 week span right about now. RIP my bank account.

So you’re telling me today somebody woke up with the identity of Bob and went to sleep with the identity Leo, and not only are we all going along with it but we’re all celebrating?

Yes. It’s always been that easy.

A bucket that doesn't hold water is still more useful than LLMs
There are a lot of critiques of LLMs that I agree with but "they suck and aren't useful" doesn't really hold water.

I understand people not using them because of social, economic, and environmental concerns. And I also understand people using them because they can be very useful.

Thoughts?

It really does suck real realizing that we’re all just villagers in this stupidest adaptation of Game of Thrones. These chucklefucks play their stupid ass games and we’re just along for the ride hoping not to die.

God I’d love to live in a world where this quote didn’t constantly apply to my personal, professional, or civic life
“They were careless people…they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness…and let other people clean up the mess they had made…” -- F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby (April 10, 1925).

I know a lot of folks who are getting back from or staying late into protest and are posting pictures online; just remember not to post anyone’s face if they didn’t give you consent. A lot of people don’t want their faces out there protesting right now since… you know…gulag in El Salvador and all…

Finding myself thinking a lot about the “South Park” episode where Kyle becomes part of a Human CentIpad because he made a decision without reading the full terms and conditions and he was still bound to everything he signed up for whether he liked or not.
