Single, childless cat lady. And for this I am apparently contributing to the downfall of civilisation. Not sorry.
This is perfection!
Lots of great suggestions already (thank you!) but so far my favourite is Let the Bodies Hit the Floor vs Teletubbies...

1. I am (supposedly) on a healthy eating regime.
2. My colleague has gone on holiday and left me with 2 boxes of Fox's biscuits to take to the food bank collection at work next week.

The inevitable result of these two facts is that I need to buy a replacement box of biscuits at the weekend...

Gender criticals: "Listen to women! Unless you're Girlguides or the Women's Institute or you disagree with the male judge who wrote this decision or if you don't 'look like a woman' or if you're a trans man because then you're definitely a man."

Everyone will suffer from this madness. Everyone.

We're watching the wholesale burning of every scrap of dignity afforded to trans people in the UK, their rights, their medical services, their employment, their place within society, their bodily functions.

It is a disgrace, and a disgusting stain on the government and media of this country.

I'll caveat by saying I'm a vegetarian who doesn't do posh food, so may be missing something, but is it normal to serve what looks like lobster and sausage together? What in God's name have they done to the cauliflower? How do you make sweetcorn grey? And why is it served with a ramekin of custard?

Good morning to Brazilian reporter Manuela Borges, who’s been waiting eleven years for this petty moment. ❤️ 🇧🇷

I don't doubt that some women feel unsafe walking in the dark, but this article would have been much improved if the writer had included the information that most violence against women is committed by people we know and not by randoms on the street.
'Dark winter nights feel like an unspoken curfew for women'
Women in the north west of England speak of how they have to be more cautious as nights turn dark.

I blundered through a variety of jobs until I found one I couldn't be actively arsed to leave. It can in no way be described as a career, but I'm not bad at it, I guess.
What’s the lore behind choosing your career path ?

Spending my day in the least churchy church imaginable. Dedicated to the true god of the 21st century - making money.

Anyone know who the patron saint of conferences is?

Managed to get a picture of the little goblins looking relatively normal, and not knocking seven bells out of each other, for a change. #Caturday

FFS, not just the tyre, but the wheel is buggered, too. Sternly worded email to the council is imminent!

(And before anyone asks, no I wasn't speeding, and no, I don't wash my car)

My mum has been making needle felted mice for a few years and enjoys challenging herself with new themes and ideas. She's just set up her first exhibition at the stately home she volunteers at, with a family of period mice. Incredible.

Thanks to Fenland District Council's amazing highway maintenance programme, it looks like I'll be buying a new tyre. Some of the fen roads are barely driveable now.
