This is phone with normal camera. I could see it almost exactly like this with my eyes at its peak. WITH light pollution.

I PROBABLY should get back into therapy to work through that but I am an introvert with MG, too. So where does that fit in with "decompress and everyone leave me TF alone" time and, idk, sleep? Friend and family time that also drains me?

It's hard not to be critical of myself when I know what my numbers used to be on squat and deadlift. But my health is not the same. I have to respect that and be patient. My bench though? Monstrous.

The struggle was squats today. 286 was the best I could manage and I got one red out of 3 lights (so it counts) for depth. MG ravaged my legs and especially my hip flexors. In May 2024 my neuro could push on my hips twice and I couldn't push against it the 2nd time. Squats will be a longer journey.

Also got 350 on deadlift. To be honest, if I wasn't so exhausted by this point 370 was likely in the cards. For reference, my previous meet PR is 408.

I opened with my previous meet PR. Do you know how incredible it is that I went from full blown myasthenia gravis exacerbation to a PR I was chasing for almost 5 years!?
