I wasn’t really listening to the music. It was just a BARRIER that protected my focus from outside influences. It also helped me get into the flow much faster than movies ever did. Blasting music was a real game changer.

affect my work flow.

Recently, I tried music and haven’t looked back. LOUD music, the louder the better. I had initially resisted because I was concerned about the music affecting my mood and headspace, which could negatively affect my work. But to my surprise, it didn’t matter what I played.
