Time to wrap presents means time for Box of Delights and terrifying animal heads. Watching on BBC and the subtitles keep being not precisely what's said which is very frustrating when you know something off by heart!

Actually quite exciting fitness update:

I would love to write a long suspenseful build up to this, but I'm frankly knackered so: I improved my 3.5km time by 2 minutes 56 in eight weeks.
