Its caturday and I forgot to set down new food for my neighborhood buddy Stache. It seems he came in, and started licking the catnip from yesterday. 😂 No lie. I was so amused that I forgot to put down new food and he forgot to ask.

With the boycott going on, I was concerned about where to get seeds. Then I remembered all of the small garden stores that have almost been wedged out by the big box places.
So I took a trip to Armstrong Garden Stores and ended up picking up more than I'd planned.

I had two black cats at two different times in my life.
Titty face was an older rescue who filled my heart with joy. Its kind of hard to see her but she's also basking in the sun.

Many years ago, my grandmother planted an avocado tree. I didn't realize at the time but I think she planted it for me. So now, even though she's gone. I still reap the benefits.

Meet my little buddy, Stache. Short for Mustache. He's the neighborhood cat who comes over for a bite and then takes off to another house, then back to his house before dark. We have the perfect human critter relationship. He visits. I don't have total responsibility for him.
