2026 is going to suck worse for the first few months but the increasing indications of a blue wave will make it slightly better. Dems outperforming the polls and shitstomping the GOP in november will be a nice cherry on top.

Cuomo was a heavyweight champion who was forced out. This is like saying Jake Paul is a fantastic boxer because "he beat Mike Tyson" while leaving out the fact that Tyson was in his 50s at the time.

Denver is definitely a fairly high cost metro though, and the average rent went from ~$1500 to ~$1850ish from 2020 to 2023. Isn’t that kind of a housing crisis?
