I just tell people that I'm self-diagnosed. I knew in first grade that I was different. (I'm in my 70's now).
35 years ago, I got into adult literacy. No, only a doctor can do a diagnosis for a learning disability, but I can definitely recognize a learning difference.

My 14 yo, Alex, the homicidal cat passed away in July. I missed him so much that I brought home Artemus 2 weeks ago. He has definitely kept me entertained. He's learning quickly for a semi-feral cat.
